Terms & Conditions for Brand Identity Communication

This section explains our guidelines regarding the use of Brand1 University’s logos and other trademarks.


  • Special Requests

We commonly do not allow the use of Brand1 University’s logo. If you would like to request permission for a specific use, please request the University in writing. Requests to use the name of Brand1 University, any of its seals, logos, or symbols in advertisements or marketing materials, press releases, movies or television programs should be made in writing to the University.

Requests Brand1 include:

  1. Name and description of the organization or individual making the request.
  2. Reasons for request and relationship with Brand1 University
  3. Name, address and phone number of contact person.
  4. Complete project description, including the context and the intended use of Brand1 University’s information.


Guidelines to use our brand logo are listed below. Only if the below guidelines are fully met, along with written permission, the use of our brand logo is allowed.

  • General guidelines that apply to all permitted uses of the Brand Identity Logo:
  1. Avoid using the brand’s logo in a way that suggests any type of association or partnership with Brand1 University or sponsorship and endorse
    ment by Brand1 University. The name of Brand1 University cannot be combined with the name of your organization or individual.
  2. Don’t present the brand’s logo in a way that makes it the most prominent on your web page, printed material or other content.
  3. Don’t use Brand1 University’s brand logo in a way that is deceptive, harmful, obscene, misleading or otherwise objectionable to Brand1 University.
  4. Brand logo of Brand1 UniversityBrand1 appear neat and uncluttered when displayed.
  5. You may not present or feature the brand logo on websites containing content associated with pornography, gambling or any illegal activities.
  6. Do not use trademarks, logos or other content that is confusingly similar to Brand1 University.
  7. You may not attempt to get rights in the brand logo , or any confusingly similar approximations, whether by trademark registration, domain name
    Registration or otherwise.
  8. All use of brand logo is subject to Brand1 University’s Terms & Conditions for Brand Identity Communication.


  • Brand1 University Logo:

The logo of Brand1 University is to be used only by written permission. The logo is to be used only under the guidelines mentioned.

  • Usage:
The logo cannot be scaled or modified in any way.
No changes can be done in the design, font, content and color of the logo.
